a) Orders / Bookings

  • We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g. stock unavailability, pricing error)
b) Payment
  • Payment methods accepted (e.g. online, bank transfer, cash) will be communicated
  • Payments must be made as per due timeline
  • Until payment clears, ownership remains with us
c) Delivery / Handover
  • We attempt delivery within agreed period (subject to logistic constraints)
  • Risk / liability may pass to you at the point of delivery or handover
  • You must inspect the goods or bike at delivery and notify defects immediately
d) Cancellations & Refunds
  • You may cancel per our cancellation policy (to be specified, e.g. within 24 hours)
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be made via original mode or as agreed
  • We may deduct charges (bank or processing fees) if applicable

5. Returns, Warranty & Service

  • Bikes and parts come with manufacturer’s warranty (as per Royal Enfield norms)
  • Warranty does not cover: misuse, accidents, modifications, normal wear & tear
  • For service or claims, you must adhere to showroom / manufacturer procedures
  • Spare parts and accessories may have separate return or replacement policies

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the website (text, images, logos, trademarks) is owned or licensed by us or Royal Enfield
  • You may not reproduce, modify, republish, transmit, or use materials for commercial purposes without permission

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service or product
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation

8. Indemnification

  • Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Vellore, Tamil Nadu
  • If any provision is held invalid, the remaining shall continue in force

If any clause is found void or unenforceable, that clause will be severed and the rest remain valid.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be effective when posted. Continued use signifies acceptance.
